FLOOR HEATING FOR SCREED FLOORS

Wherever screed floors are fitted, one of the four Variotherm floor heating systems can be installed ideally.

The VarioProFile pipe developed by Variotherm has 15% more surface aread than other pipes. This optimises the heat transfer and laying accuracy. The VarioProFile pipe is flexible, easy to bend and has a stable form. All this makes installation easier.

    Bridges raise the VarioProFile pipe from the insulation so that the heating screed can completely enclose the pipe.

    • VarioFix panel 1000 x 1000 (without dividing layer)
      For securing the VarioProFile pipe, as a dividing layer and homogeneous cover surface for existing insulation and in particular for polystyrene concrete undersurfaces.

    VarioRoll (Stapler system)

    VarioRoll Fußbodenheizung Nassestrich
    • VarioRoll insulation made of monitored impact sound polystyrene 32/30 mm (thermal conductivity: 0,040 W/mK). The special laminated foil gives optimal retaining power for the stapler pins via incorporated weave.
